Spay/Neuter Assistance Program

The Rhode Island Veterinary Medical Association is proud to offer a low-cost spay/neuter program (SNAP) to residents of Rhode Island who meet the financial qualifications.

Please take the following qualification quiz to determine your eligibility for the SNAP program:

Are you a resident of Rhode Island?
Are you 18 years or older?
Are you currently employed?
Is anyone else in your household employed?
Do you receive government assistance or unemployment benefits?
Do you receive alimony or child support ?
Is your total HOUSEHOLD monthly income (including assistance and/or child support) more than $1,600?
How many people are supported by this income?
