Reporting Animal Abuse

If you are unable to contact the Police Department or Animal Control Officer or if you suspect serious neglect or abuse, please contact the Rhode Island Society of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Law Enforcement Agent at cruelty@rispca.com or call 401-438-8150 Ext. 4.
